E-Learning made COMPULSORY by DGS
As per DGS Training Circular No. 13 of 2020 dated 1st April, 2020 e-learning is made compulsory for STCW modular courses. MTI shall not be able to generate certificates unless the candidate completes the respective E-LEARNING module.
We are requesting all candidates who have enrolled in our academy for various STCW modular courses to go through the above mentioned circular and complete the E-LEARNING modules following the step by step procedures given there before attending STCW courses at our institute (MMA).

These entry level courses must be attended by all seafarers before obtaining their C.D.C. and joining sea service. The five mandatory courses for this purpose are Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR), Personal Survival Technique (PST), Fire Prevetion and Fire Fighting (FPFF), Elementary First Aid (EFA) and Security Training for Seafarers (STSDSD).
These courses are mandatory for Officers at Management Level. Before applying for Senior Level Certificates all Officers must undergo these training programs.
To upgrade from STCW '95 to STCW 2010, all Officers and sea-men will have to attend these training programs.
